I’m constantly testing new services and equipment, often to discover useful tools for my clients and projects. While some are featured in my videos and articles, the list below highlights the ones I personally use.

• AntennaPod A podcast app for those who just want to listen to their shows.
• Audio Hijack For capturing audio from different sources on my Mac.
• BBEdit A basic code editor that has everything I need.
• Bluesky An app I frequently use, but more out of curiosity.
• Calibre To manage my ebook library.
• Canon M50 All my YouTube videos are recorded with this camera.
• Concept Camera Bag A camera bag that I use as my daily bag.
• ChronoSync For local backups in addition to the macOS Time Machine backups.
• Final Cut Pro To edit my YouTube videos.
• Garmin Instinct 2 A smartwatch with a long-lasting battery and no complications.
• Google Workspace I use it mostly because of my consulting business.
• iPod 5.5 Gen Yes, I still listen to music on my iPod.
• KeyboardCleanTool Disables the Mac keyboard. I use it when I'm cleaning my MacBook.
• KOReader A fantastic ebook reader. Perfect for the books I freed from Amazon and Kobo.
• MacBook Air M1 It's a 16GB RAM and 500GB storage unit that still suits me very well.
• Mastodon The main social media app I use.
• Motion For video animations.
• Obsidian For taking notes and managing all my personal and professional activities. My setup.
• Ollama For local AI.
• Organic Maps For trails and an offline backup system that has already proven useful in emergencies and disaster situations.
• Pixel 7 My phone. When the time comes to upgrade, I'll switch to a Fairphone.
• Scrivener It's where I write all my books and then convert them to ePub.
• Signal The only messaging app I use.
• Supernote Nomad For notes and ebooks.
• Syncthing This is how I synchronize everything, from the pictures I take with my Android phone to my Obsidian vaults.
• Vivaldi The main web browser I use on my phone and tablet.
