I would describe The Click Moment as a series of stories about the random moments that lead to innovative ideas, creations, and even companies. From there, Johansson proposes that we can actually create or simulate environments designed to spark those click moments.

While reading, I couldn’t help but compare it to Messy by Tim Harford. It feels as though the environment Johansson is advocating for is precisely the kind of mess Harford describes.
